With years of culinary experience, owner and head chef Ryo Osaka has developed a ramen that is “non-stop”--- the broth cooks without stopping, as was customary in Japan. We use various meat, seafood and toppings made in house daily to create taste combinations unlike any other. As an authentic Japanese restaurant, our menu is developed with the objective of providing only the freshest and most sustainable ingredients. We believe this is what makes Tsubaki special and worth coming back for.
